After nearly two years of negotiations, Cooper Bussmann has completed the acquisition of Xi'an Fuse Manufacturing Company, Xi'an Fuse Factory Low Voltage Electrical Branch, Xi'an Sedley Electric Company, and Xi'an Fuse Factory Tianshui Supply Station (collectively referred to as "Xirong Group"). The unveiling ceremony of the "Cooper Xi'an Fuse" was held on August 8, 2006.
