2010 Qingdao Chuangrui Second Speech Competition

After the successful holding of the first speech competition, it has become an important part of the company's corporate culture activities and is scheduled to be held on December 31st every year. The theme of this speech competition is divided into four main parts:

1. With gratitude as the theme; 

2. With the theme of love for work, dedication, collective spirit, unity and cooperation, etc

3. My changes (personal changes since joining Chuangrui or changes in the eyes of employees)

4. Yesterday, today, and tomorrow of Chuangrui

On the day of the competition, many people chose the first theme, some were grateful to their teachers, some were grateful to their parents, and many more wrote about gratitude to the big family of Chuangrui. Everyone incorporated the mutual help, unity, harmony, and observations and feelings of their daily work into their speeches, expressing their true feelings through speeches. During the speech, the audience was tightly held by the speaker's emotions, sometimes moved, sometimes delighted, and applause erupted one after another. Just two hours have passed, and we still seem to be immersed in the speaker's situation, really not satisfied.

Through speech competitions, the company has built a platform for everyone to freely express their emotions and showcase their talents, and everyone has gained a lot.
