The 2011 mid year summary and 10th anniversary celebration themed speech event of Qingdao Chuangrui Electric Co., Ltd. was held grandly at the "Qingdao Donghui International Hotel".
In the morning, the middle and senior managers of the company respectively made a summary of the first half of the year's work and a plan for the second half of the year, affirming the outstanding performance of each sales team in the first half of the year's work, while also pointing out the shortcomings in the first half of the year's work. And focused on analyzing and planning the work ideas and priorities for the second half of the year.
In the afternoon, the event aimed to recognize the outstanding performance of the team and individuals in the company's 10th anniversary celebration on April 9th this year, summarize and review the experience and process of the 10th anniversary celebration, and open the exchange activity with a joyful atmosphere. We named each competition group after the functional groups involved in the preparation work for the 10th anniversary celebration. The competition groups were divided into preparation group, reception group, internal service group, and guest liaison group, and engaged in fierce competition in three stages: team presentation, knowledge quiz, and speech competition. During the team showcase session, each team showcases their unique abilities and wins with innovation; In the knowledge competition, each team expresses their own opinions, fully utilizes collective wisdom, and wins with "unity"; In the speech competition segment, each team selected excellent eloquence experts to move people with emotions... It was truly remarkable that something new emerged and something new led to something new. In the end, the "reception team" widened the gap with other teams by scoring in the risk question and won the championship.
At the end of the event, the company commended the teams and individuals who made outstanding contributions during the 10th anniversary celebration. The heartfelt reflection of the special commemorative award winners and their heartfelt expression of the company's 10-year history all moved everyone present. The whole event reached its climax at the dinner party that night. All the sisters and brothers of Chuangrui left their deep wishes for Chuangrui on the "10th Anniversary Blessing Book".
