The essence emerges from recitation, and the heroic spirit intoxicates the mountains and rivers - The first elite training camp of Qingdao Chuangrui Electric Co., Ltd. came to a successful conclusion

 After 15 years of struggle and honing, Qingdao Chuangrui has bravely stood at the forefront, leading the industry by a wide margin. However, we are well aware that competition is the driving force for enterprise development, and only by KEEPING moving can we remain invincible. Therefore, since this year, the company has focused on creating an "elite culture" and "elite soldier culture" that are full of competitive awareness.

After six months of intense competition, the list of participants for the first elite training camp has been determined! The camp will be held as scheduled from June 1st to June 6th, 2016.

 The first elite training camp, with the theme of "Embracing Nature, Enjoying Life", was held in Jiuzhaigou Valley Scenic and Historic Interest Area in Sichuan, where it is said that "once you visit Jiuzhaigou, you won't want to see any other water", as well as Chengdu, Sichuan, known for its slow-paced life.

1. Enjoy the picturesque scenery

In Jiuzhaigou Valley Scenic and Historic Interest Area, the elites fully appreciate the beauty bestowed upon humanity by nature. The picturesque Jiuzhaigou Valley resembles a paradise on earth, with the serenity of the forest, the autumn-like lake waters, and the cascading waterfalls, leaving the elites in awe and admiration, grateful to nature, and in reverence for life.

 II. Endurance Challenge

 On the outdoor training day in Huanglong and Jiuzhai, each member of the elite training camp hiked an average of 15 kilometers per day in the mountains with an average altitude of 3,000 meters. Whether they were born in the 1970s or 1990s, everyone was challenging their limits and accomplished tasks that they had previously thought were impossible before coming to the training camp.

III. Breaking through the plateau

 In Huanglong, at an altitude of over 4,000 meters, altitude sickness affected every member of the training camp. Some team members exhibited more pronounced symptoms of altitude sickness. On the winding mountain road leading to Xuebaoding, the main peak of Mount Minshan, which stands at an altitude of 4,500 meters, the elites encouraged and supported each other, and took care of team members experiencing altitude sickness. With everyone's mutual care, they successfully climbed Xuebaoding. When they saw the snowflakes falling from the peak, the elites all smiled. Breaking through the plateau and climbing to the summit is precisely the spirit of the elites!

IV. Spiritual "earthquake"

To experience the Tibetan and Qiang culture and the Wenchuan earthquake, the elites watched the Jiuzhaigou Valley Scenic and Historic Interest Area's "Eternal Love" performance together. It was a visual shock and a spiritual baptism, giving everyone an inner "earthquake". Especially when the performance recreated the scenes of families being torn apart and rescue workers never giving up during the 5.12 Wenchuan earthquake, tears streamed down everyone's faces. The elites gained a deeper understanding of life, family, love, and friendship. Life is long, so spend more time with your family; life is short, so seize the day!

V. Enjoy a leisurely and slow life

 In Chengdu, all itineraries seem to be slowed down by the camera. Everything moves at a leisurely pace, from sipping tea to strolling through the streets. On a leisurely afternoon, meeting a few friends for tea and shopping, wandering through the ancient alleys, this slow life allows elites to appreciate the true essence of life.

During the six-day Chuangrui Elite Outward Bound training, the elites experienced several aspects of life, including appreciating beautiful scenery, challenging themselves, moving forward and backward together, and never giving up. Through these trainings, the elites' spirit, eyes, and taste buds were greatly exercised, both physically and mentally.

However, the elite's pace has not stopped, and the company's efforts to cultivate elites and elite soldiers have not ceased. By the end of the year, the company will continue to organize an elite training camp with the theme of "Dare to be the first, I am an elite soldier".
