"Passionate and Creative 2018: The Trilogy of Themed Activities Successfully Completed"
From the 29th to the 31st of 2018, the Chuangrui team gathered together, passionately imagining and successfully completing the themed activities of the trilogy: Speech. Story, Growth. Discussion, and Flying. Dreams. 2018 was an innovative and pioneering year for the company, marked by significant moves in both structural adjustments and cultural connotations. On the path of continuing to implement the "Fourth Five-Year Plan", this year's themed activities, although experimental, were absolutely refreshing and memorable in form.
Firstly, the "Growth. Discussion" session kicked off, marking the beginning of the passionate and innovative theme activities. The Chuangrui team was divided into four major factions, engaging in discussions and talks centered around communication and efficiency, growth and confusion, responsibility and risk, as well as change and breakthrough. Although the format of the discussions and talks had a "martial arts" vibe, the content covered various aspects of work processes. Some long-standing issues, confusion, and contradictions emerged like a projector, unfolding scene by scene and being resolved one by one.
"Storytelling and Speech" is also a first attempt this year. Based on the previous nine speech contests, there are some innovations in form this year, emphasizing the "acting" element. Since the company's inception, the chairman's original intention has been to stimulate the infinite potential of Chuangrui people, encouraging them to dare to express themselves and break through their limitations. "Remain true to our original aspiration and keep our mission firmly in mind" is the national policy and the unchanging pursuit of Chuangrui. The generosity, confidence, bravery, and perseverance of every Chuangrui person were fully demonstrated in this performance, which mainly featured skits and group cross talks.
The Chuangrui team is a group of individuals who embody both wisdom and talent. The scripts and characters are original creations. Works such as "Re-employment", "The Dilemma of the Spring Festival Gala", "As Persistent as You", "Debt Collection", "Those Things", "Since the Future", "When the Clouds Clear and the Moon Shines", and "I Want to Be an Elite" are all drawn from daily work. Despite the hustle and bustle of work, the quality remains uncompromised. The performances by the "actors" are vibrant, featuring laughter, tears, highlights, and jokes. After fierce competition, the awards were finally claimed by the outstanding winners.
The annual "Spring Festival Gala" is the ultimate extravaganza of the themed event. The evening features not only performances, games, and impromptu acts, but also computer lottery and WeChat lottery drawing segments. While reveling in the festivities, we must not forget those who have made outstanding contributions to the development of Chuangrui. The Person of the Year: embodying the themes of courage, dedication, responsibility, and a love for the company as if it were home, was a recurring theme throughout the evening. The six elite members of Chuangrui were the brightest stars on the stage that night. Thanks to them, Chuangrui is more exciting, warmer, stronger, and better!
During the three major events, the company's General Manager presented a summary of the work in 2018 and an outlook for 2019, while the Chairman of the company delivered an important speech. As 2019 begins, it promises to be another year of continuous struggle. To this end, all members of Chuangrui will continue to forge ahead with courage and determination!
