We are welcoming the annual New Year's Day celebration, the grand event of the year for Chuangrui. On December 30-31, 2019, the 2019 annual gala of Chuangrui Electric was grandly kicked off at the DoubleTree by Hilton Qingdao Oriental Movie Metropolis!
This annual meeting has changed its previous format, with a first-class environment and service, making our annual event even more grand. The two-day meeting itinerary has lived up to everyone's fervent expectations, and everything was perfect! Now, let's follow the camera's record and review those wonderful moments together.
1. Visual observation
On the morning of December 30, 2019, we invited Mr. Zhou Mingfang, who possesses rich experience in enterprise management, to share with us "Some Thoughts on Enterprise Quality Management". Mr. Zhou elaborated on the importance of quality management for enterprise development with detailed examples and data, especially theories such as "5W1H", "Improvement is Endless", "Respect for Rules", "Three Present Principles", and "Fully Soliciting Subordinates' Opinions", which enabled us to draw analogies and gain deeper insights. "Quality is Sold" succinctly revealed the essence of sales, providing invaluable benefits to our colleagues present.
In the afternoon, Dr. Zhang Zongqiang, an associate professor at the School of Economics, Qingdao University, presented us with a professional economics course, titled "Analysis of China's Economic and Industrial Trends in the Context of Trade Friction". The course covered aspects such as China's macroeconomic data analysis, economic policy analysis, economic cycle analysis, and new energy vehicle industry trend analysis. With a wealth of detailed data, he presented us with a multi-angle insight, especially his analyses on "data is not important, direction is the most important", "optimists own the future", "internationalization of the RMB", "in prosperous times, antiques are valuable; in troubled times, gold is", and the "leverage" theory, which opened our eyes.

When it comes to expectations, the cocktail party is undoubtedly the most anticipated. Before the party, most people had little understanding of cocktail parties, having only seen them on TV, with glasses clinking and lights shining brightly. However, few had personal experience. In preparation for the party, everyone was discussing how to dress up for the occasion. Some colleagues were discussing whether to buy evening dresses, while others were discussing whether to wear various jewelry, nail art, beauty treatments, hairdressing... Everyone was eager to shine at the party.
The evening of the cocktail party was unforgettable. Colleagues attended in their finest attire, revealing sides of themselves we had never seen before. The gentlemen were impeccably dressed in suits and leather shoes, exuding a suave and refined charm; the ladies were elegantly attired, exuding a delicate and graceful elegance. Each person had made meticulous preparations for the party, and each was a beautiful sight at tonight's event. Let's revisit every moment captured on camera, enjoy this leisurely and tranquil time, and raise our glasses to chat heartily.
III. Challenge the Impossible
On the morning of the 31st, the 11th "Performance" and "Speech" Competition of Chuangrui Electric - Challenging the Impossible officially opened. The seven teams present had been ready early, eagerly anticipating their turn. Based on the positive feedback from the previous year, this competition format was continued this year, but with a different and more diverse set of awards.
IV. Free Forum
On the afternoon of the 31st, the forum, chaired by the chairman and elite directors, was open and free in content. The topics began with reading, including reading experiences, feelings, reading and personal growth, and family influence
From reading to makeup, and then from makeup to the sense of ritual, Song Lijuan eloquently discussed "the sense of ritual in the eyes of children", which deepened our understanding of "the sense of ritual" from another perspective
From the topic of "sense of ritual" to the team again, the leaders of each major camp sat on the podium, exchanging ideas and sharing experiences with their colleagues from their respective teams. The leaders of the Elite Camp, Vigorous Camp, New Camp, and Thoughtful Camp all shared their management experiences. Some communicated through reports, some broke down their annual plans, and some shared new thoughts and directions for their teams. Everyone's perspectives and thinking opened our eyes to the fact that every leader has their own management expertise. It can be seen that both the team and individuals are quietly growing and blooming.
V. Annual Dinner
The dinner party began punctually at 18:30, preceded by the award ceremony for the "Impossible Challenge" event. After evaluation by the judges and the audience, all major awards were presented to their respective winners.
During the dinner, with everyone's joy and enthusiasm, various annual awards were presented one after another: Knight Medal, Golden Flag Camp, Golden Military Flag, Thumbs-up Award, Best Agent Award, Best Employee, Ten-Year Employee, Knight Medal, Third-Level Meritorious Certificate, First-Level Meritorious Certificate, and Management Appointment. In addition, there were lucky draws interspersed, thanks to the careful preparation of the project team. It really made everyone present excited!
