Global power management company Eaton (NYSE: ETN) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in the circuit breaker business of Jiangsu Huineng Electric Co., Ltd. (Huineng). Huineng Electric is a Chinese company specializing in the production and sales of low-voltage circuit breakers.
